Find the tracking reference attached to the correct order

Open the order in the service where you actually paid. Compare the order date, selected items and delivery country before copying a tracking number. An order number is not necessarily a carrier tracking number. If the record contains several parcels, save a separate line for each reference and the items assigned to it. One delivered parcel does not prove that every item from a multi-parcel order has arrived.

Use the carrier link supplied in the order record when available. If you search for a carrier independently, check its domain and enter the reference yourself. Do not give an unrelated tracking website your account password or payment details. If no reference is visible, ask whether the order is still being prepared or whether dispatch information has been issued; repeatedly trying the order number in different trackers will not resolve that distinction.

Read the latest event together with its date and location

Read the complete event history rather than only the largest status label. Save the event text, date, time and place shown. A label-created message generally records shipment information; it does not by itself prove physical acceptance. An acceptance or collection scan is stronger evidence of a handoff. Carrier terminology varies, so use the explanation supplied by the carrier rather than treating a translated phrase as a universal definition.

A new tracking interface may summarize an older event at the top. Check whether the underlying scan time has actually changed. Time zones and translated place names can also make the sequence look unusual. Record what the screen says without inventing the missing movement between two scans. A gap means you lack a visible update; on its own it does not prove loss, customs seizure or a failed delivery attempt.

Separate preparation from time in transit

Make a short timeline containing payment, dispatch confirmation, first carrier acceptance and the latest update. If the carrier has no parcel acceptance, ask the order service about dispatch. If the parcel has been accepted and has stopped updating, give support that last scan and ask which party should investigate. This prevents a conversation about transport delays when the unresolved stage is still preparation.

Keep the estimate originally displayed for your order, including whether it referred to dispatch or arrival. A general shipping guide is background information, while the dated estimate attached to your destination and order is the useful comparison. Do not add together unrelated ranges from different help pages. If an event or trip depends on arrival, arrange a fallback once the remaining margin becomes too small; tracking cannot turn an estimate into a guaranteed appointment.

Handle a parcel with no new scans

First compare the order tracking and the named carrier's own record. Check for a second tracking reference or local delivery partner shown in either record. International handoffs sometimes produce different views of the same shipment, but do not assume a handoff occurred unless the record identifies it. Save both views with the time you checked them if they disagree.

Then send one focused request: the dispatch date, the last visible scan, the saved arrival estimate and the question you need answered. Ask whether the parcel requires an investigation, an address correction or another action, and when you should follow up. There is no single number of silent days that establishes a lost Hacoo parcel in every country. Use the investigation threshold supplied for the actual order and carrier, and retain the case reference.

Check delivered-but-missing parcels in a clear order

Compare the destination on the order with the carrier record, then look for a delivery photo, signature, safe-place note or collection-point instruction. Check the normal delivery area and ask the people who could have accepted the parcel. A photograph of a doorway can help identify a misdelivery, but a delivered label alone does not establish who received the goods. Do not publish the label or another person's address while asking for help.

If the parcel remains missing, report the discrepancy promptly through the official order-support route. State that tracking shows delivery, give the event time and explain the checks already completed. Ask for the delivery evidence and the next investigation step. Keep your account factual: distinguish a place you checked from a place you could not access, and a signature you recognize from one you cannot identify. Hacoos cannot decide the outcome of that investigation.

Act on collection deadlines and returned parcels

A pickup notification requires a different response from a parcel still travelling. Verify the collection location, opening hours, identification requirements and final collection date using the carrier's own instructions. If you cannot collect, ask the carrier which authorized options exist. Do not assume an unanswered message extends the holding period. Record any agreed arrangement before the deadline passes.

Hacoo's return-to-sender help entry says support may arrange resending where available or assess a refund. Contact the order service when that status appears. Ask whether the parcel can still be recovered, whether another address is needed and what remedy is being considered. A transport return and a customer-authorized product return are different processes. Do not create a new return shipment or send another payment based only on an automated status label.

Send a support record that can be investigated

Use a compact message with five elements: the affected order, the relevant parcel, the last dated event, the expected event that has not happened, and your requested clarification. Attach the saved estimate and a readable tracking screenshot when relevant. Put private references inside the official case rather than in public comments. If several parcels exist, identify exactly which one is affected and which items are still outstanding.

Keep replies in the same case when possible. Note the case number, response date, promised follow-up and any action you must take. If a refund is approved, record that separately from carrier tracking; a delivery scan does not establish that a bank has credited money. Follow the returns and refunds guide for evidence about approval and payment. Clear records let you follow up on the missing step without restarting the whole story.

Close the timeline after delivery or resolution

On arrival, compare the contents with the items assigned to that parcel and inspect the package before discarding labels or protective materials. Record visible damage, missing pieces or a different option promptly, using photographs that show the full item and the specific issue. Delivery completes the transport stage; it does not automatically resolve a product discrepancy.

After resolution, keep a private summary of the dates and outcome until every return and payment step is complete. If you publish a review, use the destination country and broad timeline while removing tracking references, addresses, names and payment details. Describe your own result as one experience. This makes the account useful to someone comparing a similar route without presenting your parcel as the standard Hacoo delivery time.

Quick process

  1. 1Match the order and parcel reference
  2. 2Save the latest dated carrier event
  3. 3Identify the missing stage and any deadline
  4. 4Follow up through the official order case
